Quotes
All work is quoted in writing before it begins. The number a quote tool on this site gives you is the top of the plausible range for the answers you provided, and your final price will not exceed your written quote without your approval first. If what we find on site changes the scope, you approve the change before the work happens — never after.
Scheduling
Appointment windows are confirmed by phone or text before we arrive. If you need to move or cancel a visit, a call or text to the number below is all it takes.
Payment
We accept cash, check, and card. Card payments carry a 3% convenience fee. Retiree and military discounts are available — ask when you book.
Warranty
Workmanship warranty terms are stated on your written quote before any work begins, so what is covered and for how long is on paper in your hands — not in fine print on a website.
Sprinkler service is the exception, because it carries one fixed term: parts and labor are covered by a 90-day warranty from the date of service. If a covered issue comes up within that window, we make it right. This is the same term stated at peakpureirrigation.com/terms, and it applies to sprinkler work whichever of the two sites you booked it through.
