Know your price before you book the appointment

Four calculators, one page — answer only the questions your price genuinely depends on, and you receive a total, the itemized lines behind it, and a promise that the final price will not exceed it without your approval. No name is required to see it.

Windows

Price your windows

This calculator prices whole-house window replacement only. For a partial-house project, call (385) 292-2624. More about the windows division.

Window quote

Width and height are the rough opening in inches. Bay and bow windows and patio doors are already sized products, so the tool does not ask for dimensions once one is selected.

About the house

Anything before 1978 adds the EPA containment line, named, per opening.

Stucco is cut back and patched only on a full-frame job.

Haul-away of the old windows is in every quote — it is not an upsell, so it is not a checkbox.

Photos of the house (optional)

Photos do not change the number — that is worked out from your answers, and it is already the top of the range. What they do is let us check it before anyone drives out, and make the visit to measure a short one.

Elevations, or anything that does not belong to a single window. Up to four.

Photos are resized in your browser before anything is sent, which also drops the location a phone records inside the file.

Scripting is off, so the number cannot be worked out in the page. Fill this in and send it and we will price it by hand, or call (385) 292-2624.

Where do we send it?

So the quote is tied to the actual house rather than a description of it. Nobody comes out without an appointment.

Your answers and the number go over together.

Roofing

Price your roof

This calculator prices a full roof replacement; repairs are priced by phone — call (385) 292-2624. Roofing goes anywhere in Utah. More about the roofing division.

Roof quote

This prices a full replacement. For a repair, call (385) 292-2624.

Where is the roof?

Type the address and the roof is measured from satellite imagery — its size and pitch are offered to you below, to use or to refuse. If the imagery cannot see the roof, the questions below still work on their own. Nobody comes out without an appointment.

How big is the roof?

The number on your county tax notice or your listing is close enough.

A two-story house has roughly half the roof of a rambler the same size.

A roof worked out this way carries a deliberate margin and comes back marked as an estimate. Measuring it usually brings the number down.

One square is 100 square feet of roof. If you have a previous bid, an insurance scope or a measurement report, the number is on it.

About the roof

A steep roof needs staging and slows a crew down, so it costs more to work on. Not sure is fine — a normal pitch is assumed and the quote says so.

One tear-off is already in the price. Only the extra layers are charged.

Each step up is priced as the difference from the one below it, not as an unrelated price. No PeakPure roof has closed on the top system yet, so the quote marks its step as projected rather than observed.

These three do not change the number. Ticking them makes the quote say out loud that they are excluded and get priced on site, so you are not comparing an incomplete number to a complete one.

Photos of the roof (optional)

Photos do not change the number — that is worked out from your answers, and it is already the top of the range. What they do here is worth more than on any other quote on this site: pitch and layer count are the two things this tool asks you to estimate, and both are readable from a photo. Sending one is how a quote built on estimates gets checked before anyone drives out.

A photo from the street showing the whole roof is the useful one. Add a closer shot of anything that worries you — a sag, a stain, missing shingles. Up to four.

Photos are resized in your browser before anything is sent, which also drops the location a phone records inside the file. Do not climb on the roof to take one.

Scripting is off, so the number cannot be worked out in the page. Fill this in and send it and we will price it by hand, or call (385) 292-2624.

Your answers and the number go over together, so nobody re-asks you anything.

After the number

What happens once you have the number?

Six steps, and two of them are yours. Getting a roof replaced sounds like a project you have to manage. It is a number you accept, a date you pick, and a driveway that is cleaner than we found it.

01You price it here

The tool above works your roof out from your own house and gives you a not-to-exceed number. Nobody has to come out for you to know what a roof costs.

02We confirm it on the roof

Before any date is set, someone gets up there and checks what the tool had to assume. That visit is what turns a ceiling into a firm price.

03You approve the proposal

Sign from your phone — takes under a minute, and you’ll get a copy by email.

04We schedule your project

The office calls within one business day to pick an installation date that works for you.

05Build day

Our crew arrives early, protects your landscaping and siding, and most roofs are done in a single day.

06Final walkthrough & cleanup

Magnetic nail sweep of your yard and driveway, full haul-away, and a walkthrough with you before we leave.

Clean air

Price your duct cleaning

One furnace or air handler, together with the ductwork it feeds, counts as a single system. More about the clean air division.

Clean air quote

Three questions, plus any additional services you would like included.

Your home

Count furnaces or air handlers, not vents.

The number for each is shown once you press the button.

Anything else? (optional)

Scripting is off, so the number cannot be worked out in the page. Fill this in and send it and we will price it by hand, or call (385) 292-2624.

Sprinklers

Price a sprinkler job

Inspections, blowouts and spring startups are priced here; repairs are priced by phone. Booking is handled through the division's own site, and there is more about the division here.

Sprinkler quote

A zone is one valve and the heads it runs. If you are not sure, count the stations on the controller. Sprinkler service runs Millcreek and south; if you are north of that we can still quote your roof or your windows, which go anywhere in Utah.

The promise

Why the number is the top of the range

A published number is only trustworthy if the business will honor it. Every quote on this page is deliberately set at the high end, and your final price will not exceed it without your approval.

A homeowner who is quoted a number and pays less is satisfied. The reverse costs the job and the referral, which is why quotes here are never a range and never a midpoint estimate.

01The number comes first

The number and its lines appear on this page before any information is requested. Nothing is sent until you press send, and no name is required to look.

02Everything travels together

The total, the breakdown and every answer behind it arrive in one message, so the number can be checked and reproduced.

03What cannot be priced stays that way

A sprinkler repair depends on what actually failed on site. Rather than inventing a number it cannot stand behind, the tool directs those jobs to a phone call.

Questions

Questions about the quote

Do I have to give my name to see a price?

No. Each calculator on this page produces a number and shows the lines behind it before asking for any contact information. The contact fields sit below the result, and nothing is sent until you press the send button.

Why is the quote the top of the range instead of an average?

A published number is only trustworthy if the business will honor it. Every quote here is deliberately set at the high end, and your final price will not exceed it without your approval. A homeowner quoted a number who pays less is satisfied; the reverse costs the job and the referral, so quotes here are never the middle of the range.

What arrives when I send a quote?

The total, the itemized breakdown, and every answer that produced them, in one message. Nothing needs to be re-asked on the phone.

Which jobs cannot be priced here?

Sprinkler repairs. A repair's cost depends on what is actually found on site, and an hours estimate is not a figure anyone can promise not to exceed. Inspections, blowouts and spring startups are all priced here. For a repair, call (385) 292-2624.

What if my house is bigger than the form allows?

Fill in what you can, note the rest in the comments, and send the form — or call (385) 292-2624 and the remaining openings can be taken down over the phone. The window tool displays six openings at a time and prices whole houses rather than individual windows.
