The season

When does sprinkler work happen?

Startups in April and May, repair through the summer, and blowouts from the start of October to the middle of November — the single densest stretch of work in the year. October fills first.

One night below freezing on a system that still holds water can crack a backflow assembly or split a lateral line — an unplanned spring repair in place of a scheduled autumn visit.

Pricing

How is sprinkler work priced?

By the job and the zone count. An inspection covers a set number of zones with a per-zone step above it. A blowout is banded by zone count — a six-zone yard and a sixteen-zone yard are not the same job. A startup is flat. First-time customers and same-day neighbor bookings each receive a reduction.

Repairs are the exception. A repair depends on what actually failed, so it is priced once someone has inspected it — call (385) 292-2624.

Booking

Where do I book sprinkler work?

The division runs its own site at peakpureirrigation.com, and that is where the scheduling lives — the inspection detail, the blowout list, the maintenance plans. It is the same company either way: PeakPure Home LLC, the same legal entity, the same phone.

If you would prefer a number before booking, the quote tool on this site prices inspections, blowouts and startups and carries the answers over with your request.

Service area

Where does the sprinkler division work?

Millcreek and south. That is the sprinkler division's northern edge. We do not take sprinkler work in Salt Lake City, South Salt Lake, West Valley City or Magna.

Roofing and windows have no such limit — those run anywhere in Utah. If you are north of the line, we can still quote your roof or your windows.

Questions

Sprinkler questions Salt Lake County homeowners ask

Where do I book sprinkler work?

On the division's own site, peakpureirrigation.com, or by calling (385) 292-2624. The quote tool on this site prices the job first if you would like the number before booking.

Does PeakPure Home install backflow preventers?

Yes. RPZ assemblies and pressure vacuum breakers are both installed by PeakPure Home. Call (385) 292-2624 and we will confirm which one your setup calls for.

When should I book a sprinkler blowout in Salt Lake County?

Before the first hard freeze, which along the east bench is usually mid-to-late October. Blowouts run from late September through that freeze and October fills first. One night below freezing on a system that still holds water can crack a backflow assembly or split a lateral line.

How is a blowout priced?

By how many zones the system runs — a six-zone yard and a sixteen-zone yard are not the same job. Booking with a neighbor on the same day reduces the cost for both of you.

Can I get a sprinkler repair priced online?

No. A repair depends on what actually failed, and a guessed number is not one we can promise not to exceed. Inspections, blowouts and spring startups are all priced online. For a repair, call (385) 292-2624.

Is the sprinkler division a separate company?

No. It is PeakPure Home LLC, the same legal entity and the same phone number. The scheduling and the seasonal detail live on the division's own site.
