What this page covers
This policy explains what happens to information you submit through the quote tools and contact forms on peakpurehome.com. It applies only to this website.
What the quote tools and forms collect
The quote tools ask about the work you want quoted — for example the number and sizes of windows, the year your house was built and its exterior material, the number of sprinkler zones, or how many heating and cooling systems your ductwork serves — plus your name, phone number, email address, and city. The contact form asks for your name, phone number, city, and a description of what you need.
On the window and roofing quotes you can also attach photographs of your own home. Photos are optional at every step — the quote works without them, and a photo never changes the number the tool works out. That is the only information this site asks you to provide.
Where it goes
When you submit a form, your answers and the quote number the tool computed are delivered by email to Jamal@peakpurehome.com using a third-party form service called FormSubmit. The information is used only to follow up on your request — it is not sold, rented, or shared with any other company.
What happens to a photo
Photos take a different route from the rest of the form, and it is worth being exact about it. Before a photo leaves your device the page resizes it in your browser, and that resizing discards the metadata a phone writes inside an image file — including the location where the picture was taken. What we receive is the resized copy, without that data.
The resized photo is uploaded to storage that PeakPure Home LLC controls, at crm.peakpurehome.com, and the email carries a link to it rather than the picture itself. If that upload does not go through, the photo is attached to the email instead, so it reaches us either way.
The roof and window quote tools also send the street address and city you type to crm.peakpurehome.com before you press the button, and nothing else. It is used two ways: to look the house up in the Salt Lake County assessor record (State of Utah SGID) so a figure like square footage or year built can be offered to you, and, on the roof quote, to measure the roof from satellite imagery (Google Solar, called by PeakPure Home LLC's own system — your address is not sent to Google by your browser). Each figure is shown to you to use or refuse; none is filled in silently, and a lookup that fails changes nothing.
Each link contains a long random name and so cannot be guessed, but it is not password protected: anyone the link is forwarded to can open it. We treat those links as private and ask that you do too.
Photos are kept for 90 days and then deleted automatically. You do not have to ask, and there is nothing to remember — the deletion is part of how the storage works. If you want a photo gone sooner, email us and it goes sooner.
One exception, because it would be misleading to leave it out: if an upload does not go through and the photo comes to us attached to the email instead, that copy sits in our mailbox rather than in the storage the 90 days applies to. Email us and we will delete that one too.
The calculators run in your browser
The quote tools do their arithmetic entirely on your device. Nothing you type into them is sent anywhere until you choose to submit the form.
Photos are the one exception, and we would rather say so plainly than let you assume otherwise. A photo is uploaded at the moment you attach it, not when you submit — that is what keeps a large picture from having to travel while you wait on the form. So if you attach a photo and then close the page without submitting, that photo has already reached our storage. Email us and we will delete it. Anything you only typed is still discarded.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. Nothing on this site follows you between visits.
Requesting removal
If you'd like information you submitted removed from our records, email Jamal@peakpurehome.com and we'll take care of it. That includes any photos you attached, whether or not you went on to submit the form.
